This will be a hybrid event which will be held virtually and at multiple campuses. The first session will be at Interchurch, Conference Room 253 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. The second session will be conducted at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, Comer Seminar Room from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Dr. Regisford is passionate about engaging students in research and is currently mentoring a group of students, affectionately known as the "Regisford Lab Rats." She has mentored over 100 undergraduates who have gone on to present their research findings at local, state, and national conferences, won awards, and published in peer-reviewed journals. In this workshop series, Dr. Regisford will lead Columbia researchers and students through grant writing techniques. In alignment with the DEIAAAJ Executive Plan, Dr. Regisford's tools support and elevate a spectrum of voices and opinions through grant funding and peer reviewed research.
